Kit - 121

I started 121 with Jonnie only 6 months ago as a complete novice to kickboxing, let alone any other martial art. I find his way of coaching to be great, he notices everything and also has the patience of a saint if things aren’t clicking. He has an array of techniques and analogies to help guide you down the right path.

He’s exceptionally fair when it came down to me wanting an affordable way to start participating in classes as opposed to solely doing 121 and directing me down the best routes to progress further, with my best interest at heart. I will be continuing this journey with Jonnie for the foreseeable and could not recommend his tutorage enough!
