For those that are new to kickboxing

Absolutely! 121 kickboxing sessions are perfect for beginners. They provide a personalized and supportive environment where you can learn the basics, build confidence, and progress at your own pace.

No experience or equipment is required. Our experienced instructors will provide all the necessary equipment, however if you do want to bring along your own boxing gloves/hand wraps to use during your session you’re more than welcome to.

Your instructor will work with you one-on-one, taking you from the ground up, working from your stance and guard, through basic kicks and punches. From here sessions will be tailored towards a fitness, sport or self defence focus.

Absolutely. 121 sessions are entirely personalized to your pace and comfort. You'll have the freedom to progress at a speed that suits you, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.

Safety is our top priority. Your instructor will guide you through each movement, emphasizing proper technique to minimize the risk of injury. While kickboxing at a competitive level can be high-impact, most people enjoy it in a non-contact capacity where injuries are highly unlikely.

Wear comfortable workout clothing, depending on the weather that may include shorts, joggers/leggings and a t shirt/training top. We'll provide the necessary kickboxing equipment, including gloves, or you can bring your own if you prefer.
