Sparring

Sparring (the contact element of training) is something which a lot of people like to get involved with as a way to put their skills they have learned into practice. Sparring classes are ran with drills and skills practiced for the first section of the lesson followed by sparring rounds under the guidance of a coach.

Sparring is encouraged for anybody wanting to advance their training and further their skills set, as well as being a gateway to competition.

Sparring Class - Tuesday 8:00-9:00pm

Drills and Pads

A new class on the timetable for beginners through to competitors. A class focused on scenario based drills, without the contact of a sparring session. The perfect compliment to your existing training, this class will serve to enhance the competitive side of your kickboxing, while building fitness and practical skill.

Drills and pads - Thursday 7:45-8:45

Ladies Only

Jonnie has ran ladies only classes under various formats and locations over the last 6 years. These classes are designed to teach all the skills of a mixed class in an accomadating and welcoming environment. Classes are focuses around learning technique and skill and do not run a “boxersize” format.

Classes will push your levels of fitness and whilst developing genuine martial arts skills, catering from complete novice level through to those with existing experience.

Wednesdays 7:45-8:45 @ Studio 17

Sundays 9:00-10:00am

Prices

Following on from a free trial class, Prices are set at:

£32pm for 1 class per week

£48pm for 2 classes per week
